Supporting steel galvanized structures for solar systems – we supply rapidly and in high quality supporting steel structures for solar panels of PV power stations.
AVEX produce special steel structures for fastening of solar modules and fabrication of photovoltaic power stations. Structures are produced according to customers´ requirements and adjusted to modules dimensions, which will be mounted on the structure.
Steel structure for solar panels made from steel S235 according to DIN18800/1, hot dip galvanized, connection accessories made from high-strength steel. Our company AVEX is holder of certificate of quality ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and welding certificate DIN 18800-7.
Modern production facility in Otrokovice enables us to produce large series of most complicated structures for PV modules in a short time, provided delivery times 3 – 6 weeks after the order. For delivery of structures on PV power station place we use high-capacity trucks for maximal decrease of transport costs.

Rotating steel structures for solar modules

Ground screw – soil drill – stud screw
Ground screw dimensions: length 1660 mm, diameter 76 mm, thickness 3,6 mm.
Dimensions can be changed according to customer requirements. Us offered screwed fixation component of structures is protected by utility design CZ 19285 U1.
Ground screw has got two vanes, placed on conus against each other under angles 15-75°. This solution prevents from tamping and creates space for optimal soil or stony subsoil passing while drilling.
Loading of ground screw was statically reviewed according to ČSN EN 1991-1-3:2005, ČSN EN 1991-1-4:2005
